Paxonix is seeking to team with best-in-class business partners to provide the most complete, competitive branding and packaging solutions for our customers in the consumer packaged goods, pharmaceutical and medical device markets as well as suppliers to those segments. Paxonix is currently working with the following types of business partners:

Technology Partners

We seek technology partners who can provide Paxonix with:

  • solutions that are integrated into the PaxPro product
  • additions to the PaxPro product
  • technology that is complimentary to PaxPro
  • or technology that extends our reach into different market segments.

Contracts with technology partners generally include co-development, technology exchange, integration and intellectual property agreements.

Consulting Partners

We are also interested in consulting partners who can provide entry into accounts where the partner organization is currently engaged in process improvement consulting.

In addition we are seeking consulting partners who can also provide implementation expertise for Paxonix solutions.

Sales Partners

Sales partners are organizations that provide selling opportunities for Paxonix or, if qualified, actually sell PaxPro on behalf of Paxonix. A reseller contract would be put in place for those organizations that are qualified to sell the PaxPro solution without the involvement of Paxonix.

Co-branding Partners

Co-branding partners are organizations that are selling products or services into market segments that would benefit from the use of PaxPro but are not in market segments currently being targeted by Paxonix. In this case, PaxPro would be co-branded with the partner's name and sold by that partner in their market segments. Paxonix would be responsible for the operation of the co-branded solution.
