Management Team

  1. Don Armagnac, Chief Executive Officer and President

    Mr. Armagnac leads Paxonix as CEO in addition to serving as President for all MeadWestvaco Strategic New Ventures. Prior to joining Westvaco in January 2002, Mr. Armagnac was president and chief executive officer of Collabria Software, a supply chain company focused on digital asset management. Prior to Collabria, he was executive vice president of field operations at QAD Software where he led the successful launch of QAD's Consulting Services Division. In addition to the Consulting Services Division, his multinational responsibilities at QAD included global marketing and communications, sales operations, alliances, and customer support. Prior to QAD, his focus was on technology for global manufacturing as international vice president for Digital Equipment Company's manufacturing and ERP systems integration practices. Mr. Armagnac was previously Digital's Western region sales vice president, supporting major clients in 11 Western states.

  2. Bailey Caldwell, Vice President, Technology and Customer Services

    Mr. Caldwell is responsible for the engineering, customer support and operations functions at Paxonix. Prior to joining Paxonix in March 2002, Mr. Caldwell was Director of Website Operations for Homestore.com, Inc., a web business focused on the global real estate market and operators of the Realtor.com website. During his tenure at Homestore, Mr. Caldwell was involved in multiple B2B and B2C product launches involving customers in the financial and real-estate industries. Prior to Homestore.com, Inc., he was the Global IT Director at QAD, Inc., an international provider of ERP and Supply Chain software for the manufacturing industries. Mr. Caldwell brings to Paxonix over a decade of experience in product development and delivery for Fortune 1000 clients.

  3. Ronald Kwiatkowski, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

    Mr. Kwiatkowski is responsible for all financial operations at Paxonix, including accounting, tax, treasury, planning, administration and legal. He further serves as CFO for MeadWestvaco Strategic New Ventures overall. A proven expert in financial analysis and management, he was one of the first five employees at Paxonix. His ability to define and implement customer-focused business practices enabled his prior companies to increase cash flow by more than $600 million and improve profitability by nearly $500 million. Mr. Kwiatkowski joined Paxonix from QAD where he served as Director of Global Field, Operations and Third Party Alliances and was a member of the Executive Management Team and the Office of the CFO. Previously, he worked at Digital Equipment Corporation for ten years and was Group Finance Manager for the company's North America Sales and Marketing division.

  4. Kent St. Vrain, Vice President, Sales and Marketing

    Mr. St. Vrain is responsible for Paxonix sales, partnering and marketing activities. He started his career in sales at Lanier Business Products and held a variety of sales, marketing and sales management positions in both the dictating and word processing divisions. Subsequently, he spent 16 years with Digital Equipment Corporation in a variety of management positions in the Educational Services, Marketing Communications, Channels Management, Systems Integration and Corporate Accounts organizations. Most recently, he served as vice president, corporate accounts. Mr. St. Vrain also served as vice president of sales and marketing for Polaroid Identification Systems and has been involved in start up companies as well as having founded a sales consulting organization.

  5. James Stikeleather, Chief Technology Officer

    Mr. Stikeleather serves as CTO for Paxonix, as well as providing technical direction and business advice to the MeadWestvaco Strategic New Ventures group as a whole. Prior to joining MeadWestvaco, he was Senior Executive Advisor at the Benton International division of Perot Systems where he led major engagements with the Bank of Ireland, Dime Savings Bank, Banco de Provenica de la Buenos Aires, among others. Earlier he also led the Perot Systems Center for Technology Business. Previous positions include strategic planning, marketing and technology direction setting for companies such as Kash N Karry stores, GTE Data Services, Honeywell, Simplex, Harris Corporation and Technical Resource Connection. Mr. Stikeleather is the author of "Next Generation Computing" as well as a contributor to numerous other books including "The Blueprint for Business Objects" and "Enterprise Architecture Planning." In addition he is a frequent speaker and guest lecturer at conferences and universities around the word.
